The Cohesive Workplace provides trainings and workshops for the working environment. Through traditional classroom style to retreats, these trainings instruct participants on how to improve professional skills and workplace etiquette through role-playing, open discussion, real-life scenarios and the like. In addition, we also offer services that help to build your business, such as: PR and marketing strategies; media pitches; social media marketing; and more. We will even write articles, ads and commercials - and spearhead the casting for such. In short: we do what's necessary to bring cohesion to your team!
Target audience: All levels of management as well as every single member of the team.
Through a series of trainings, participants will identify their strengths as well as (un-) strengths (we never emphasize "weaknesses" - drains our energy). Each participant will walk away with the 'WHY' and 'HOW' to improve cohesion in the workplace through written and verbal communications.
Target audience: Change Agents and Managerial Staff
A deeper concept in reaching personal goals in the workplace, this training will enhance management's awareness of their own (un-) strengths and how these impact their daily decisions. They will also un-learn the (un-) strengths to positively influence their workplace through new and refreshing behaviors.

Part on-site, part instructional, this training offers a real-life and true observation of the workplace environment through the eyes of our consultants (either by observing or as a customer or visitor). Once results are compiled, our team will develop a program to help you tweak what needs to be improved upon, and assist in enhancing what is already working for you. Automotive sales teams often hold weekly meetings to improve their techniques when BDC staff members rarely have any trainings whatsoever! What's wrong with this picture? Our training specifically assists YOUR BDC department to improve their techniques AND tracks their performance over a series of months. It covers the history of the automotive BDC and why it is the heart and soul of any dealership, large or small. Participants will walk away with a newfound appreciation for their position, which will improve productivity between the BDC and sales alike.
These days, seems as if customer service is a forgotten art. But it's way more than that - customer service is an absolute necessity for any workplace! This training goes back to the basics of the importance of customer service, and how ANYONE can provide that service to your customers.
In My Feelings offers specialized training for (1) wayward teens, and (2) women in transitional housing. It is a safe place for participants to express their feelings and be heard. Each course is offered through a 2-wk, 4-wk or 8-wk training.
